A completely renovated lemonade factory houses Georges Blanc's second restaurant in the village: 'L'Ancienne Auberge'.

Master chicken slicer Alain (who wears a dust-coat during the day) has been working for monsieur Blanc for over 26 years. He proudly shows us around the Auberge.

To attract some extra custom, George built a wellness centre with a pool, a sauna and the whole shebang. As well as that he dug a lake just to improve the view.
